    Positive Outlook

I worked at Lower Bucks Hospital (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Pleasant atmosphere. All staff level employees were very nice to work with, although some management was very difficult to work for.

    Cons

Went into bankruptcy and became a difficult place to work depending on your position. In the end made a lot of bad choices for who was to be layed off.

    Advice to Management

Work more closely with all levels of staff. Be more proactive when it comes to relaying information to the employees.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Lower Bucks Hospital (Bristol, PA) in May 2016.

    Interview

I received a call from HR to set up a interview. When i arrived for my interview I had to take a medical terminology test which were 20 questions, you need to score 80% or higher to move forward with the interview process. Once I passed the exam I was interviewed by the manager of the department. It was fast and easy. I felt like she was unprepared as if she was not expecting me. She read off a paper she was given by HR to ask me questions. She was all over the place. After the interview I was taken on a tour to see the department and meet some of the staff.
