Pros

There's a good group of people here. We are all very supportive of one another and it shows in our work. The workflow is interesting. I feel like I am part of a winning team.

Cons

The cubicle walls are a bit short, but that actually helps out when you need to rely on the expertise of a colleague. It's too cold in here a lot of the time lol

Advice to Management

Keep the open door policy going. Everyone is doing a great job so keep the encouragement and positivity flowing. Give more points!

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Loyaltyworks (United States)

    Interview

Standard interview. Questions about background, personality, situational, etc. Expect to meet with several divisions of the company. There are several rounds. Phone call. In person. Another in person if you're successful. Then another phone call if you're successful. After that, you'll probably get an offer.
