I worked at Loyola University Chicago part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My job dealt a lot with student life and I loved it.
I loved having the ability ensuring students are finished with their application.
Giving tours to students and showing them the mission of the show.
Given the opportunity to meet with shareholders and why believe they should help fund the school.
The community was great and there was much support from the students.

    Cons

Working as part-time, which meant I only worked two days and each shift was only 3 hours.

    Interview

Phone call interview with an admissions staffer to be hired as a student worker initially. They asked questions that lasted about an hour, but overall were assessing my phone skills and people skills. The Supervisor role interview was with a staffer and other student supervisor who were asking questions about holding others accountable as well as answering upset parent or student calls.
