Nice people, many good clients, nice office locations. Traditionally they were supportive of part-time option and work-balance, though seems less that way recently.
Leadership seems lacking. Hard to see path for advancement or future of the firm. Overall atmosphere has gone down hill, with many well-liked and respected people leaving or being fired. Lack of a "pyramid" structure between partners and associates creates concern about long range financial stability and possibility for advancement of associates and competitive compensation for partners.
Advice to Management
Need stronger leadership with hope for a better future and a plan to get us there. It's a good place but there isn't a strong sense that the firm is progressing or has a solid plan for the future.
