    I worked at Lucion Services full-time (Less than a year)


    Had the pleasure of working with some of the most amazing, kind people I have ever met. Overtime rate is good, however after a week of being there its the last thing you want to do.


    The word count isn't possibly high enough to list. All previous (negative) reviews are correct and all the positive are quite clearly written by the company. The positive reviews show how very detached management are from reality, as people would rather be paid a fair wage and be valued as a person than work in a "dynamic" and "innovative" company.

    I find is disgusting how Lucion can claim for individuals to seek mental health support in response to the negative working environment they have created. Additionally, these TCBA representatives have far too much on their plate and are more than likely dealing with their own extensive workload. A workload they are no where near being paid fairly for - I won't go into this as previous reviews have highlighted how abysmal the base salary is.

    Pay reviews are every year, however they generally offer training and provide more responsibilities just after this so that you have to do the work for a year before your pay sees any benefit. They promise a pay rise for many things (such as analysing soils) but then don't actually end up paying out. On top of this they charge you to just to leave. Appalling training is provided which they mark up by a shocking amount (ends up at £800). An additional £100 is then added for any "damages you many cause whilst leaving" which is meant to be returned within 70 days. I imagine hell will freeze over before I see this money.

    I find it very amusing that I will probably get a reply to this review quicker than I ever had a reply from HR.

    Advice to Management

    Instead of trying to bump up your glassdoor rating, try going to speak to to your employees - and take criticism in a constructive way. Also use feedback questionaries that aren't linked to gmail accounts and are actually anonymous.
