Schedule constantly changing from required updates. At least 2 to 3 times a week expect to work at least an hour past scheduled time.
Small staffs( Generally only 2 employees working at a time which have to sell, load heavy material and constant minimum outgoing phone call requirements.
Advice to Management
Work on a consistent work life balance for your employees. I worked with the company for over 4 years and with different upper management.Need more employees on shift to execute a healthy work environment.
