I worked at Lunexa full-time (More than a year)
Fantastic culture. Smart, team. Unique collaboration structure. Fun and committed to customer success all the way from the top management.
Difficult to grow and staying competitive with salaries in the Bay Area. But it was totally worth it to learn something new, create friends at work, make an impact in fortune 500 companies.
Advice to Management
Stay focused on the market trends
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Lunexa.
Got in touch at a career fair and followed up with a screening interview, which was pretty standard. Had a phone interview with a couple straightforward logic/brain teaser type problems and talked about my background and the position. The interviewer basically said I would be bored and not challenged (I guess cause I was coming from a phd and said I was looking for a challenging role?) and so I didn't bother following up.
