I have been working at Lynd Company full-time (Less than a year)
The company certainly cares about its image and believes that its employees bestow a direct reflection upon it. Salaries are competitive and superiors definitely back their employees. Also, great systems are in place to follow and allow for superior success.
Bonus structure is a bit unfair by not considering disputable anomalies. Also, some standard operating procedures are a bit dated and lack clarity.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work! I appreciate that you recognize your employees who work hard and follow the applicable systems and value your continued support.
