Great time working with co-workers and project managers Helping kids in the school district by updating school technology Very flexible hours and days Work in different school districts Experience in different kinds of tech jobs
Little opportunity for advancement Some projects under unreasonably tight schedules Lack of communication between schools and company disrupt work schedule Upper management seems detached from projects Working conditions are difficult at times (ex. no A/C in Summer in a hot building)
