Management is very entrepreneurial and willing to share with success to those that are contributing. They have a very tight and well established partnership with SAP (and many others).
With the constant change and growth of the SAP solutions, it is hard to keep up with all the possible things to be learned. Decisions on priorities to focus are difficult and sometimes don't work as well as expected. (Change is both good and bad!...........or big challenge at the very least)
Advice to Management
Continue to change and adapt, but prioritize on things with best chance for success and that are realistic. Follow-up on details and assess real manpower/skills needed to chase new areas. Yes, stay lean but grow where most needed and in relation to opportunities.
