I have been working at MAPFRE Insurance part-time (More than 10 years)
It's a stable company with flexible hours. The culture is relaxed. The business is necessary so you don't need to be concerned about lack of business.
I don't really have any cons that stand out in my mind. I enjoy my job, the days go by very quickly there really isn't anything that sticks out.
Advice to Management
They need to give consideration to increase the wages, for both merit and cost of living. Management needs to recognize and show appreciation to valuable employees.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MAPFRE Insurance (Webster, MA).
1. Paper screen 2. Phone screen 3. In person interview with recruiter and a series of team interviews 4. In person interview with hiring manager and department head
Negotiated over the phone. Back and forth offer, counter-offer. A fair and pleasant exchange.
