Great place to work and used to have a family feel and they used to really care about their employees
They grew to big and stopped caring about the little guy. They over work their employees and don't compensate them enough.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at MBAF (New York, NY) in January 2016.
Went through college recruiting interview with HR Manager who asked behavioral questions. Was invited to another interview at the firm which took 3 hours, meeting with partner, managers and supervisors which was more laid back and more to measure your personality.
