The firm is a great place to work. MBAF has a very entrepreneurial spirit so you work hard and you get rewarded. The people are smart, talented, and for the most part really great to work with. They have flexible schedules which is forward thinking today and solid benefits.

3 Phone interviews with Director, Senior Manager and Partner.
The first interview was with the recruiter. After that there were 3 telephone interviews with different people over a period of a month. The interview had a few generic questions and a few technical questions
