Excellent benefits, Christmas bonus, cafeteria, pension, life insurance. Health insurance and vacation time offered immediately upon being hired.
No room to grow.... once in customer service you will always be in customer service. Old technology slowly (very slowly) introducing changes.
Advice to Management
Promote from within, Listen to new ideas it will only help the company grow, let go of old antiquated ways of thinking inspire and encourage employees to come up with fresh ideas, lead by example.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at MBI.
Skype interview with a woman from HR. Asked me basic behavioral questions about resume. Then she turned it over to me and I asked a few questions.
