    Approves of CEO

I have been working at MBL Technologies full-time (More than a year)

The flexibility and work culture! There are a lot of organizations that talk about being a great place to work, but that's not always the case. MBL is a true outlier here, in that they mean what they say.

I can only speak to my experience, but my senior manager is absolutely amazing! My SM is literally the best boss that I've ever had. She has supported me and provided me with leadership opportunities very early on. Not only that, I feel trusted and I know that my thoughts and ideas are taken into consideration.

The same can be said about the senior leaders. From the CEO to the Director of People, I feel supported and mentored. It's such an awesome feeling when you feel like your company has your best interest in mind, and that you're not just a number.

I will add that MBL is what you make of it. If you want to be seen and be recognized - that's definitely possible, as long as you can adequately balance your workload. But, if you just want to work a 9-5 and receive a paycheck, you will get that too.

Some contracts/projects require you to be on-site every day (not necessarily a con if you're used to be on-site, but some may want at least 1 or 2 WFH days).

Salaries for all employees should be in line with market precedents. The market has changed for a particular industry, and I think its fair that MBL recognize that change.

    Advice to Management

I would like to see more Senior Managers involved in MBL activities.
I think there should be more cross-training between teams.
Lastly, I think contracts (RFPs) should be more indicative of the growing industry price point, for all specialities.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at MBL Technologies in October 2018.

The hiring process was smooth to the point including both technical, managerial, and behavioral questions. It was smooth and spanned for 30 minutes time. The interviewers were two and asked me couple of technical questions and real projects I've accomplished with Splunk tool in my previous engagement. Moreover, I was asked if I've certifications related the work I was hired for. Furthermore, I was also asked my core strength and work ethic philosophy and how far my deliverable expertise to the clients would be representing MBL Technologies.
