    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at MCS (Louisville, KY) in January 2011.

    Interview

Initial phone interview followed by an in-person meeting to discuss more in depth my experience. I met with two different interviewers. The initial interviewer was a follow up to the phone screening. It was a very pleasant and comfortable environment. Once I completed the first interview, I was asked if I could stay to meet with someone else. The entire process was fluid looking back, but I would have liked some indication that I would have been staying potentially for a second interview, for planning purposes.
