I worked at MDLand International full-time (More than a year)
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and gain lots of knowledge in healthcare.
Poor leadership, lack of follow through with leadership, many broken promises from leadership, not much room for advancement. Be prepared to be at the same position unless someone above you leaves the job. incompetent leadership
Advice to Management
Needs to incorporate work-life balance. Reward those employees that are outstanding. Focus on the product and compare it to the direction healthcare is going. Be a leader in healthcare not a company that just plays catch-up. Stop outsourcing engineers/project managers there would be a more effective outcome if you had a team that was in the same time zone.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MDLand International (Dallas, TX) in November 2014.
Very thorough with HR first, second is mgr on phone, then panel interview with mgr and colleague. Then two additional interviews with upper mgt. All interviews were very cordial and bssic questions asked.
