When I was there, they were replacing the branch director and there was a lot of transition and uncertainty. And mandatory overtime was required for an extended period of time.
Advice to Management
Make employee intake process faster, it took almost a month before I even heard back from anyone about an interview.
Did not receive an interview. Two hours before my interview she called me and said, "I had to fill the position. I couldn't wait any longer." In my opinion it was very unprofessional and unfair.
