I have been working at MEDNAX full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This is a great company to work for. I have never worked for a company that has a zero non-retaliation policy and actually means it!
They have great benefits and flex time which allows for driving without rush hour traffic.

    Cons

They are growing so fast sometimes the supervisors are stretched to thin but they are getting control of that as they will continue to grow.

    Interview

Did not receive an interview. Two hours before my interview she called me and said, "I had to fill the position. I couldn't wait any longer." In my opinion it was very unprofessional and unfair.
