"Be ashamed to die until you have won some victory for humanity." (Horace Mann). 20,000 people die a day from cancer, and more from other diseases, so come help Medrio do our part to improve health and save lives.
We encourage lots of collaboration between teams. Our office has plenty of open meeting spaces so groups can strategize and solve problems outside of the conference room. We have a weekly all hands meeting where we enjoy beer, wine, and snacks and talk about highlights and lowlights from the week. And our party planning committee is always busy planning the next event or offsite (think baseball games, happy hour, scavenger hunts, and more!).
We have a flywheel in our office to concretely symbolize the importance of maintaining momentum by providing great value to our existing customers.
Medrio's commitment to providing excellent service for our customers and a world-class product has translated to double digit growth year over year. We want to continue hiring people who are passionate about healthcare, technology, and customers so that the next 10 years are as successful as our last!
Medrio is a software company but also a health company. To reflect this, we have a wellness program that pays for gym memberships or massages, and we provide healthy snacks at the office.Hard Work
"Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls, and looks like work." (Thomas Edison). Medrio is a place where hard work and results are admired and rewarded.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MEDRIO (San Francisco, CA).
1st was a 30 minute recruiter phone interview. 2nd was 30 minute onsite to meet team members. 3rd was 10 minute phone chat with hiring manager. (Calling it an interview would be a stretch.) 4th was short notification for invitation to come to evening 1-hour mix and mingle at office with other jobseekers, (my competition), where we jockeyed to talk to the influencers. Decisions made after that. Strange interview process and culture.
