The best reasons to work for MFIC is the strong commitment by the new leadership team to develop the growth of products at MFIC. Senior Management is really doing alot to turn the company around by creating better products and increasing stock price. There is a strong devotion to building a stong internal company culture, creating for a more enjoyable and efficient work place. MFIC is really working on its international strategy by creating three vice presidents of sales for the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Everyone is very friendly in the small building and is willing to help you at anytime.

The dangers of working at MFIC are new and upcoming companies that designs products with similar uses to the machines developed my MFIC. Some customers don't assign high quality with their products because the management in the past was not very good. Due to poor past management, the stock price is low and there are poor records of prior sales and additional sales for spare parts to the machines. There have also been problems with inventory in the past. The new leadership team is doing a great job of eliminating the problems to create a better customer value with MFIC.

    Advice to Management

The new senior management is doing a great job. There have been several new additions to the Senior Management team and they are all ready to turn MFIC, domestically and internationally. CEO Michael Ferrara is really creating a stong internal culture and MFIC to keep workers motivated.
