Everyday, our design leadership and delivery excellence creates opportunities for clients looking to enter new markets, introduce new formats, or simply build their brands and businesses in new ways.
Deep expertise across markets and disciplines informs our ability to interpret clients’ needs and bring together diverse teams tailored to every project.
At MG2, we have a deep understanding of our clients’ aspirations. That understanding inspires us to imagine new possibilities, develop fresh ideas, and resolve challenges in exciting ways.
If you want to create impactful change through design (and have fun doing it), you are in the right place.
We’re the kind of people that make eye contact in the office elevator and start a conversation.
Our culture is rooted in working collaboratively, having fun, and supporting the communities in which we live and work. We approach working with clients the same way — with passion, collaboration, and dedication to building long-term relationships.
Our people bring our values to life every day: Trust. Passion. Creativity. Confidence. Results.
Offerings may vary by office location and employee eligibility, but many at MG2 enjoy these competitive benefits and opportunities.
MG2’s leadership team understands the value of not only encouraging employee development, but
implementing a clear, strategic program so employees have the necessary time and resources to
grow their careers.
We provide a generous training allowance, including reimbursement for employee’s first architectural licensure and renewals, as well as NCIDQ and LEED certification fees. Our firm also covers the cost to open an IDP record along with in-house ARE study groups and plenty of opportunities to learn from both internal and external experts.
For the past five years, MG2 has consistently been recognized as one of the top private companies for philanthropic giving by the Puget Sound Business Journal. In fact, we are one of a select number of architectural firms in the nation with a foundation – the MG2 Foundation - a non-profit organization committed to philanthropic giving. Activities include:
I worked at MG2 full-time (More than 5 years)
Great company to work for with excellent benefits and work life balance. They go to great lengths to unify the company with events and are very supportive of new ideas
There is some rivalry between teams-some are more technical and the creative projects are competitive
I applied online. I interviewed at MG2.
My 3 interviewers came from 3 separate design studios and held various titles (1 associate, 1 senior associate, and 1 principal.) Interview itself was not very technical, and they primarily asked questions about certain pieces of my resume. Overall, it seemed more like a conversation than an interview.
