Talent Development Program

MG2’s leadership team understands the value of not only encouraging employee development, but
implementing a clear, strategic program so employees have the necessary time and resources to
grow their careers.

We provide a generous training allowance, including reimbursement for employee’s first architectural licensure and renewals, as well as NCIDQ and LEED certification fees. Our firm also covers the cost to open an IDP record along with in-house ARE study groups and plenty of opportunities to learn from both internal and external experts.

Supporting Our Communities

For the past five years, MG2 has consistently been recognized as one of the top private companies for philanthropic giving by the Puget Sound Business Journal. In fact, we are one of a select number of architectural firms in the nation with a foundation – the MG2 Foundation - a non-profit organization committed to philanthropic giving. Activities include:

  • Day of Giving | Each studio and practice team is granted a day to perform community service for the cause of their choice.
  • Susan G. Komen | For the past 14 years, MG2 has helped raise more than one million dollars for Susan G. Komen through our Annual Swing fot he Cure golf tournament.

  • JDRF Ginger Bread Village | For more than 15 years, MG2 has supported the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) by creating gingerbread houses for the Gingerbread Village at the Seattle Sheraton.

  • Countless service hours and significant commitments to groups such as Design in Public, NAIOP, The ACE Mentor Program, Providence, Food Lifeline, United Way, Boys & Girls Club and more.

    Interview

    My 3 interviewers came from 3 separate design studios and held various titles (1 associate, 1 senior associate, and 1 principal.) Interview itself was not very technical, and they primarily asked questions about certain pieces of my resume. Overall, it seemed more like a conversation than an interview.
