This company is truly committed to its customers and that feeling comes across daily, and is contagious. The Home Office team is there to help the Field Sales leverage opportunities, grow business, and make our customers aware of all we can offer them and their teams. We provide marketing, training, support and consistency all while being transparent. I am very happy and look forward to the future with MGIC!
Too many good things to offer so we need to make sure we identify what would benefit our customers most.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at MGIC Investment (Milwaukee, WI) in March 2017.
I met with three members of the IT team from MGIC, at my school. All of them were very friendly and engaging. I was asked to give them a presentation of some of my work, and then proceeded to go through the rest of the interview in pretty traditional style. Answered some questions, asked some questions, learned about the company. That was it. Though all of the interviewers were very down to earth and approachable, it was clear that they were also masters in their respective disciplines, and had a fierce drive for growth and continual improvement. They also valued the company culture and spoke very highly of the management, with whom they held considerable trust and mutual respect. The group was extremely inviting and personable, yet also very competent and professional. Even though another candidate was selected for the position, it was easily one of the most enjoyable interviews I've ever taken part in. I do hope to cross paths with all of them again in the future.
