Great work/life balance, New CEO who values growth and a positive work environment, and ongoing training and education opportunities are a plus. Pay is competitive with other BH organizations in Tucson but work culture is better than most. Company is always reevaluating compensation to make sure it is competitive with other companies in the area.

New changes are a learning curve but overall will benefit company as a whole
