Great Work/Life balance. Wonderful people and exciting.
Small organization so advancement can be tough.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work and ensure the culture stays the same. Working at MIDCOM was some of the best years of my career!
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at MIDCOM (Tempe, AZ) in June 2010.
It was a standard telephone interview for a contractor. There's no advice needed for anyone who has been through one of these.
Reasons for Declining
Unfortunately, they wanted a senior person for a junior price, and even that was below market. From what I can tell, the job is still open (It's been 2 1/2 months as of this posting, and Midcom has apparently dropped it unfilled). This tells me it's not much of a system if they can afford to leave it without care for this long, and that the only thing that matters is cost. Forget about it, it's not for me.
