You’re passionate about performance. You have a healthy addiction to the web, technology, media and everything digital. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, but you work well on a team. You only take on the best most important projects that you intend to finish. You move fast, you make decisions. You share and teach as much as you learn. You’re up for adventure – you start the race without knowing where the finish line is. You know how to control fear and doubt and you always ship your work.
If you are the kind of person that loves marketing and advertising deeply enough that you are seeking a career rather than a job, then you are the right fit for us.
Seek a career. Find your next marketing or advertising chapter with us.
Your job is where you will spend most of your life and most of those places could tell you that you have a chance to “make a difference” in the time you are there. What if we told you the same thing – but we meant it. What if we created a team focused on not doing the next thing for the customer, but the next right thing? Putting the customer in the center of our universe and creating surprise and delight for them at every turn. That customer could be a client, that customer could be a reader, that customer could be you – our next MLive team member.
This is our audacious goal; that all of our customers grow with us as we evolve and adapt in the digital age. We move quickly and think on our feet, we fail often and learn always because that’s how we create the next right thing to do.
If you are ready for the biggest challenge of your career that will reward you with more than just a salary, we want to talk to you.
It takes more than advertising to TRULY grow a company. Are you one of the people that MLive Media Group needs?
We challenge everything. At MLive Media Group, our people are empowered to disrupt norms and break technology in order to earn our innovations. 2.0 isn’t handed to us, we define and execute it.
At MLive Media Group, we make each other better. We nurture relationships. We grow businesses by creating actual marketing solutions for our client partners, rather than just selling them products. Customers for Life is our mantra. We live by our promise to deliver at a level that’s exceptional, not expected.
Change is by nature uncomfortable, and completely necessary 100% of the time, therefore, we consider it comfortable and
take pride in unusual results.
At MLive, you won’t be the smartest person in the room. But all of us are made better because of the collective, not individual contributions. We need disruptive people that strive to dominate the digital space. Sound like you? We might just be your people.

I have been working at MLive Media Group full-time (More than 3 years)
Industry leading technology from a marketing standpoint. I can only speak to the marketing and advertising side of things, but there are extremely smart people leveraging data in ways that are new to the industry, and creative some incredibly effective campaigns. The work-life balance is a plus, I rarely find myself working past business hours, and when I do, it's for my own betterment. This is a job where you get back what you put in - if you put in the effort and utilize the talented people around you, you'll be successful.
While the data-based technology at MLive is industry leading, the physical technology such as laptops and videoconferencing are outdated, and can sometimes slow down productivity.
Advice to Management
More face to face meetings with upper management on a one-on-one basis, so we can have more honest communication about our careers and sharing of ideas. Doing a better job of communicating job openings and opportunities to current employees would be ideal.
I applied online. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at MLive Media Group.
I had a short phone interview, followed by a Skype interview. A month and a half later, I had another Skype interview. Then, I had to do a big video project (that took me at least 20 hours) and pitch them multiple story ideas. TWO MONTHS after that, they ask me to come in in-person. I had connections to this company. I dropped out of the process to maintain some dignity and self respect. They ended up hiring another white male from Michigan, making that 3/3 on their team.
