Brand name. Compensation and benefits package on papers
No clarity in roles. Dealership's behave as GODFATHER's. No control from Company bosses even after escalations...products are prone to failures....Travel claims delay in processing....appraisal system not clear ....even if you perform good politics prevails. HR team....very low interaction and employee engagement....Tata & AL are far better. Pathetic work life balance
Advice to Management
Good Product development team required....novice team in Product support ....field team knows more than the kids in training and support department
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at MNAL (Ranchi (India)) in October 2014.
I worked only 4 month at Dhanbad but the co Auto planet closed due to their mis management. But my overall experience with MNL is good parts ability is dynamic. Now I m in tatamotors but If I get better I will join MNL
