Mission: MOL Group keeps people moving ahead by discovering new ways of serving their energy needs better and creating value for generations to come.
I have been working at MOL Group full-time (Less than a year)
It does have really challenging field and good mentors. Provides a good learning environment for self-beginners (not for trainees)
Being a small company, training opportunities are not great. Decisions are normally made from top management without involvement of real asset teams
Advice to Management
Involve asset teams and instead of cost reduction, look for cost-efficient processes
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MOL Group (Budapest (Hungary)) in May 2017.
Applied online, followed by a call with a recruiter asking about my motivation, salary requirements. Two weeks later an interview with the same recruiter and the hiring manager. A couple of hours after the interview I have received a phone call from the recruiter to complete some tests:
1. numerical reasoning test, 2. Logical reasoning test, 3. Verbal reasoning test, 4. Personality test, 5. Leadership test, 6. e-tray exercise
The tests were scheduled for 1.5 hours long, but in reality it need at least 2.5 hours.
Once the evaluation was done and discussed (they received it instantly) I have received call that they willing to make an offer, subject to successful reference check. I have submitted the reference contacts on the same day, so offer was made a couple of days later with the same amount negotiated at the initial call.
