I worked at MOSAIC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

As someone who was hired directly out of college, I can say MOSAIC offers a positive learning environment with uncapped opportunity for growth within the marketing department. MOSAIC fully supports their employees' ambition and aspirations to grow and learn new skills. Amazing/great people to work with and awesome atmosphere. Also, recent investments into modern renovations were implemented to the work environment within the past 6 months (August 2017). I had an excellent experience and I would recommend MOSAIC to anyone who is looking to work in an agency environment. Great benefits.

    Cons

The office is located in Cheverly, but parking is free and Chipotle is within a 10 minute drive.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at MOSAIC.

    Interview

Phone screen followed by several in person interviews. It seemed legit, however towards the end of the interview, one of the executive leaders asked if I (as a woman) was comfortable working with men. Pretty sure not a legal question. Also, on the way out of the interview I turned to wave goodbye to the same executive, and caught him looking me up and down like a piece of meat.

    Interview Questions

    • See question listed above. Plus a ton of what if scenarios questions related to managing personnel. A huge waste of time as one or two would questions would be normal, but at least a half a dozen scenarios were laid out for me to comment on.   Answer Question
