How does one get an EPIC certification?? I’m currently a clinical research coordinator and am interested in analyst positions that require EPIC certifications. The problem is, it seems you need to be sponsored by your workplace to get this certification. Is there a way around this? Are their jobs that are hiring that provide the training to get the certification? TIA!

How is diversity at MOST/DFW?

...Very small company with tons of hiccups, absolutely zero professionalism, low pay, low morale, ran by a family and all of the families friends so there’s no diversity but tons of favoritism, and below average benefits to add to the lack luster total compensation package....Read More

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MOST/DFW (McKinney, TX) in May 2021

    Interview

    Phone Interview screening.
    Four panel interview.
    Working interview with a patient.
The interview process was a bit slow. And I felt like they wasted my time. I was ghosted twice. Once after the entire interview process. And the second time after the phone interview.
