HR calls you for an initial interview, then if all goes well, you get a second interview with the manager and have a third interview after that. Even if your qualifications align perfectly with the position and are an ideal candidate with extensive experience, no offer is made. You’d think you were going to work for the President. It took three days before getting a rejection email in the middle of the night.InterviewWhy do you want to work for us? Why do you feel your qualified?
