Patrick Ghilani, Chief Executive Officer

Patrick Ghilani is the Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software and has been an executive with MRI Software since 2006, previously holding the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Global Professional Services.

Appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2012, Ghilani spearheaded productivity and client experience improvements while leading all client operations, including Professional Services, Client Support, and SaaS hosting. As President & COO, Ghilani lead corporate growth initiatives targeting both geographic and innovative product expansion.

With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise application arena, Patrick has successfully managed both the strategy and operations of sizeable technology product and services organizations, serving multiple global industries, including over 10 years in the Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate vertical. Prior to MRI, Patrick held Vice President roles building and managing professional and support services organizations for both SmartOps Corporation, a provider of supply chain software (now an SAP Company), as well as for technology consulting services firm, UBICS, Inc. As a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young LLP, Patrick was a leader in the manufacturing vertical, with global sales, management, and delivery responsibilities of large scale ERP application implementations for the Fortune 500.

John Ensign, Executive Vice President & General Counsel


John Ensign is the Executive Vice President & General Counsel of MRI Software and has been an executive with MRI Software since 2010, previously holding the positions of Vice President of Corporate Development & General Counsel. John oversees all legal and human resources activities at MRI Software, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, compliance, litigation, employee relations, and benefits.


Dave Carner, Group Vice President, Multifamily Business


As Group Vice President for MRI Software’s Multifamily business unit, David Carner is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s Residential business. David joined the company in 2017 with more than 25 years of experience leading both public and private equity-backed multifamily technology organizations.

Mandira Mehra, Chief Marketing Officer


Mandira Mehra is the Chief Marketing Officer of MRI Software. She joined the organization in 2016 with more than 15 years of experience leading technology marketing organizations in private and public company environments, from start-up to global Fortune 500.

Most recently, Mandira led marketing at Internap, a global Internet infrastructure provider, where she and her team executed a new brand strategy and built multi-channel demand generation programs to support the company’s strategic business transformation.

Phil Trudeau, Senior Vice President, Global Sales


Phil Trudeau is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at MRI Software, joining the organization in 2014. Trudeau comes to MRI from SAP America where he was VP of Enterprise Field Operations.


Brian Zrimsek, Industry Principal, Multifamily


Brian Zrimsek is the Industry Principal for MRI Software’s Multifamily business unit. In this role, he is responsible for product strategy and delivery for the company’s Multifamily solutions, overseeing both product management and product development. Brian joined MRI in 2014 as Chief Products Officer and has more than 25 years of large-scale enterprise software experience, most recently as an IT Vice President at The Irvine Company. Brian is a well-known subject matter expert, industry panelist, and trusted advisor within the multifamily real estate market.

Stephen Baker, Vice President, Global and Strategic Markets


Stephen Baker is the Vice President of International and Strategic Markets and has been an executive with MRI Software since 2011. He is responsible for leading the organization in the development of next generation property management solutions internationally.


Marc DiCapua, Vice President, Client Support & SaaS Services


Marc DiCapua is the Vice President of Client Support, MRI’s SaaS Services, and Corporate IT. He is responsible for providing expert support to MRI clients as well as overseeing the IT infrastructure to ensure a reliable, secure SaaS environment. As an MRI veteran of over 20 years, Marc has held leadership positions within various areas of the organization, including Product Management, where he helped drive the strategic development of MRI’s Commercial Management, Foresight and Accounts Payable product lines, and within Professional Services, where he led implementations of many of MRI’s largest institutional clients.

Sarah Jialanella, Vice President, Talent Management


Sarah Jialanella is the Vice President of Talent Management for MRI Software and has been with the company since 2010. She is responsible for developing and directing MRI’s talent management strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, development, and retention.



Chuck McDowell, Vice President, Commercial Solutions and Client Experience


Chuck McDowell is the Vice President of Commercial Solutions and Client Experience. In this role, he is responsible for managing MRI’s Commercial Suite product and ensuring client success. Since joining the MRI consulting team in 2007, Chuck has held a number of key leadership positions focused on providing clients with innovative and high quality implementation and training services. As Vice President of Global Professional Services at MRI, Chuck led a number of major initiatives, including the creation of the MRI Enterprise Learning Library (MELL), the development of MRI’s Client Experience Program, and managing some of the largest implementations in the company’s history. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and professional services, Chuck has spent the majority of his career working in the real estate market within all major sectors across the globe.

Stan Price, Group Vice President, Investment Business


As Group Vice President for MRI Software’s Investment business unit, Stan Price is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s Investment solutions, which include products obtained through MRI’s acquisitions of Integratec and Cougar Software.


Roman Telerman, Vice President, Finance


Roman Telerman is the Vice President of Finance for MRI Software and has been with the company since 2010. He is responsible for managing the financial strategy, operations, and forecasting for MRI Software. Roman uses his financial leadership experience to help drive growth, scalability, and profitability for the company.

    I worked at MRI Software full-time


    MRI has some of the most amazing people I have ever worked with. The company had managed to combine a fast pace work environment with a sense of family. You become very attached to the people you work with and you will be amazed by their hard work and dedication.

    MRI also does a good job of rewarding those who go above and beyond. They have a program that allows fellow employees to nominate one another for a free mini vacation.


    You can not be afraid to work. You will have very little down town and some days/weeks you will work long hours.

    Advice to Management

    My managers were pretty great while I was at MRI. I would just suggest that a few of the managers focus on telling their employees they are doing a great job.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at MRI Software (Atlanta, GA) in August 2017.


    Online application. Received an email for an IQ assessment, completed assessment. Phone screening call. Shortly after followed up with another IQ assessment, pretty much the exact same thing, however this time I was watched over Skype to ensure I wasn't cheating. Little weird. Recruiter was nice, but pretty hard to get ahold of. Week or so later, went in for an interview with the manager of the team they were hiring for, then another manager of a different team. Overall the in person interviews went incredibly well. Followed up a few times to the recruiter, didn't hear anything. Followed up lastly to the manager I interviewed with, and heard back shortly, saying they would forward my email along. Several weeks later, I received an automated email saying I did not get the job. I think I connected very well with everyone in the office, and had a very ideal background, but I guess they have their reasons. Not a bad experience, little upset I didn't get the position as they immediately reopened the posting online. The people at the Atlanta office, the management, were very approachable. Side note: they didn't offer water or anything to drink during the interview. Never noticed how nice it was to have a water bottle at an interview until this experience as its difficult to talk for an hour without anything.
