In collaboration with LIVA, our MRM India team conducted a study to understand how the pandemic will shape the fashion world. "A Brave New World." aimed to understand the changing mindset of shoppers during COVID-19. Contrary to popular belief, the findings show that total of 61 percent reported less time shopping online in the wake of the current crisis. Learn more:
JUST IN: The Webby Awards winners have been announced and both MRM and our McCann network won! MRM New York won two People’s Voice Awards, and one Webby Award for their “Delivering Hope” work for the US Postal Service. MRM Germany earned two Webby Awards for “SIGNS,” developed by LAB13 Frankfurt on behalf of the German Youth Association of People with Hearing Loss. In addition to these wins, McCann was named Webby Network of the Year! Congrats all!
Describing what we do is deceptively simple: We help brands grow meaningful relationships with people. We do this by understanding the needs of every individual and crafting brand experiences that connect emotionally as well as rationally, creating brand preferences, as well as driving action. For us, this business is not about B2B or B2C but P2P — People to People.
Strategy & Consulting. We believe that strategy is sacrifice. There are a zillion things we could do, but the process of developing strategy is to gradually remove all but the most logical candidates that provide the most likelihood of success.
Data Science, Engineering & Analytics. We believe that data is a key asset for brands, from which we must extract value. By mining for meaning in the data, we can unlock an unprecedented understanding of people. It’s this deeper analysis that allows us to help our clients get to better views of the customer, generate the most effective insights and ultimately enable or optimize experiences that build meaningful relationships.
Creativity & Connections. We believe creativity is our life blood. And that creativity is about beautifully crafted ideas that move people. And find people. At the right time, in the right place.
Technology & Invention. We believe technology is part of our DNA. Technology needs to enable the customer experience in beautiful, meaningful and invisible ways. Invention takes us further, to create new products and possibilities that advance brands and improve lives.

This means we recognize the number of things that we have to deliver. In any given meeting, for any given problem-solving need, we may not have all the right people together to solve a problem.

COMPLEXITY CAN BE MANAGED
Our clients tell us every day that their world is getting more complex. They are overwhelmed and looking for solutions. That’s where we come in. We specialize in sorting out the complexity among the various marketing technology components – online, offline, social, mobile, even out-of-home. We bring all of these disciplines to the table and integrate the solutions to a problem.
Our job is to make the complex simple and the simple compelling. And we know how to do it.
IT ONLY COUNTS IF WE DELIVER
At the end of the day, we do stuff. We can do a project plan. A killer app. We can manage it all to perfection. And we deliver. It’s a core value we all have. We’re very good at it. We do it every day.
But what we don’t do is overpromise and underdeliver. When we make a commitment, it stands. As a core belief, we must all collectively live by this, as an organization and personally.
TECHNOLOGY IS MAGIC
There’s been a lot of talk about technology being the new creativity. It’s not. What technology provides is an opportunity to enable and enforce great creativity. We can assemble technologies in all sorts of different ways to do all sorts of different things that no one ever thought possible. We can invent technologies and new combinations of technologies.

I have been working at MRM full-time (Less than a year)
Beautiful office space, snacks, drinks, and really cool people. The people are what make this agency so exceptional. Everyone is so willing to help and teach and offer solutions. They know how to work hard, and they know how to have fun. The agency does a great job of helping out entry level employees move into the disciplines they are looking for and trains them accordingly.
While I do feel that the agency collaborates well - it is easy for teams to work in silos and not really branch out.
I applied online. I interviewed at MRM.
My interviewers were very casual. Be prepared to tell stories and showcase your strengths. My interviewers didn't come right out and ask for these, I had to put them out there or I probably would not have stood out. HR was very communicative with updates throughout the entire process which was really nice.
