I worked at MSEI full-time (More than 3 years)
I had a good relationship with my managers. You get tough projects there from the start, they subscribe to the "sink or swim" mentality, but it was a good start to my career
Can be tough work and long hours expected when needed. A bit of a "macho" environment, with managers being competitive with each other. But I did not experience that within my own group or team, just between groups.
Advice to Management
I know you all are working on improving employee experience and appreciation, but now that the economy is back up, you may need to do more to retain good people.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at MSEI (Lake Oswego, OR) in April 2015.
They had an open house which all initial interview happened there.
3 formal interviews.
2 directly related to the position. (20 min in person and 50 min over the phone)
every thing was asked from background, experience to current status and future plans.
