Best job I ever had..Greatest people from the top execs down ..Great place, great people, great learning experience, great benefits..I could go on an on..Loved my job, my team, everything was great. Call center business moving online is the only reason I am not still there. I really miss working there and would go back in a second.

None. Everything was great. I just wish the call center work would come back. I really miss the job and the people.

    Easy Interview

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MSI International East (King of Prussia, PA) in May 2014.

Supervisor takes a group of 10 people into there conference room for an introduction and orientation on what the job is about. We then go to the computers when we feel we are ready to do the tasks given and either they keep you or let you go. I f they liked what they saw in a person and was able to see the willingness and strength within that person caused them to keep that person for the job.
