    Neutral Outlook

I worked at MTI Worldwide Logistics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very nice office, parking is free, lots of restaurants near the office, flexible scheduling, office has free gym access, handicap accessible. Owners/corporate are very nice, friendly & personable.

    Cons

No compete agreement required for employment. Consider very carefully if freight forwarding is a major part of your work experience and the ramifications if you have to look for another job in the industry.

    Advice to Management

No compete agreements should only be asked to be signed by people in sales, not by operations staff. Curious to why exit interviews aren't conducted which could provide insight to employee job dissatisfaction.
