I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MTM Technologies.
Initial communications were from an external recruiter who runs his own company but is "an mtm employee".... the interview was rushed and rammed through out of desperation it seemed. it took 3 interviews before an offer letter was extended. Was not able to gauge corporate culture as system engineers were not welcomed into the office except during required annual meetings.
cost of benefits are staggeringly high. negotiate at least 20-30% higher to cover those costs. you will not receive a raise once accepting the employment offer. this is a quiet secret in this company.
