I have been working at MTS (Less than a year)
I get to work from home & gather experience at a Help Desk job. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get past it the job I have is fairly enjoyable.
There is no official policy on pay raises, so I really have no idea if I will ever get a raise, or how high the incremental change would be.
Advice to Management
Please issue some semblance of a policy with regards to pay raises.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at MTS (Chesterfield, MO) in August 2015.
Responded to a craigslist ad, then from there had a brief phone interview, and met with the manager in person. Very nice, amiable guy; the whole interview experience was rather comfortable. Then a day or two later I got a call back, and learned I got the job.
The scheduled me for training within the week.
