• An Employee Activities Committee

• Casual dress code, unless otherwise specified.

• Personalized Work Arrangements give employees the opportunity to work with their supervisor in developing a work schedule that best fits the employee's and the company's needs. Employees are asked to consult with their supervisor/manager to determine whether Personalized Work Arrangements are feasible within the position/department.

Base Salaries
We recognize that financial compensation is among your priorities. Our base salaries reward you for working smart and focusing on results - not just for punching the clock.

Short-term Incentive Compensation
When we meet or exceed our financial performance goals, our people share in that success. These programs focus employees' efforts on achievement of near-term financial goals that are critical to the success of MTS. Individuals are encouraged to contribute to the success of meeting and exceeding both corporate and business unit's financial performance goals. Individuals are rewarded when goals are met or exceeded. The specifics of these programs may vary by business unit.

Long-term Incentive Compensation

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MTS Systems (Eden Prairie, MN) in July 2015.

    Interview

    Initial video recording session to answer audible questions.

    2nd interview included:
    1. In person meeting with Eng Manager to discuss resume qualifications,
    2. Tour of the manufacturing facility (should have included the office work space)
    3. Test design discussion with a senior mechanical/system engineer with manager observing
    4. Statics and Dynamics testing and discussion with a senior and junior ME from the same group.
