    MTSI is 100% employee-owned, so we can take a long-term outlook on business and not worry about pleasing random shareholders in the short-term. The company truly is focused on hiring top talent and putting employees first. In turn, our co-workers really care about working together across the United States and doing great work for our customers. Our employees work on critical national security programs and advanced technologies that we can be proud of and find extremely rewarding. The benefits are fantastic with 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, excellent healthcare, annual bonuses, and most of all, the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)!


    As we continue to succeed, we see growing pains that come with being a larger company. The good definitely outweighs the bad. The company culture is still very strong and the core values remain exactly that.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MTSI (Edwards AFB, CA) in January 2013.


    MTSI recruits talent that are highly recommended in industry. Interview was informal both on the phone and over dinner. Due to multiple recommendations from employees within the company the interview was not very difficult. Skills, performance, technical knowledge was vouched for by other MTSI employees that I worked with directly.
