Poorly programmed POS, 8-12hr shifts w no breaks, Alot of sidework. Money isnt great. Hit or miss. $30- $200. No help from support staff, but tipout is 6%. You wash all your own silverware, polish and roll an entire bus bin sometimes a bin and a half. GM is in over head.
