Advice to Management
The rapid expansion was admirable during the worst of the recession, but more focus should be placed on quality. Changing the turnover mill feel would go a long way in this regard.
I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Macey & Aleman in November 2011.
There really wasn't much too it. After submission of my resume, I was contacted within a few days and was asked some basic question over the phone. A few days later, I was at their office to begin my training.
