I have been working at Macomb County (Michigan) part-time
It is a very easy position.
There's no room to grow in my department
I applied online. I interviewed at Macomb County (Michigan) (Clinton Township, MI) in May 2017.
The interview was a 3 person panel interview. They asked nothing about experience or knowledge. The majority of the questions asked were about how I deal with conflict. It seemed like they asked the same conflict question 20 different ways, so be prepared to give a few examples. And when I mean they ask nothing about work experience or knowledge I mean NOTHING. I actually gave an example of something I learned in school that helped me solve a work place problem and one of the interviewers basically said they did not value school but work experience. So I guess my advice would be only talk about work experiences.
