Interview
Had screening interview which went well. Was scheduled for another interview with the Head of Engineering. They canceled the day of, citing that he was "unable to attend" and that it would be rescheduled by the first person I had the interview with. TEN days pass until I hear back from the original guy stating that they now changed the job requirements (or something), though what he stated was was still on the original listing. The process showed a lack of respect for my time and reflects some major disorganisation within this small start up.InterviewIt was just the first round, so basic boilerplate questions. Tell me about yourself, what is your current role like?
