unpredictable, inconsistent income. probably a function of being newer and having less developed of a pipeline though. Time will tell, hopefully it becomes more consistent with quality of lead flow but I trust it will
Advice to Management
Track performance metrics other than call output, talk time and revenue as they paint an incomplete picture as consultants are heavily dependent on factors that are clearly subject to variables out of their control. i understand it sounds like excuse making to say its the leads but If you are hiring capable people you trust then their input should be valued a bit more as to what kind of experience it is to integrate into the company on its current growth trajectory. I would recommend creating a position between consultant and senior sales director, a sort of consultant/management hybrid that is able to lend more time and energy to identifying the strengths and weaknesses of new mc's and helping to cultivate and develop talent
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Madwire.
Phone interview at first. This was probably the weirdest interview ever. The lady called told me who she was, and literally didn't say anything else. Not sure the lady likes her job as it was unprofessional. Took me a second to digest that I was being interviewed, and basically needed to interview myself.
