    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Magenic (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2021

The interview process was entirely remote. It consisted of phone calls and Microsoft Teams meetings.

I started the process by applying to a job posting for Cognizant/Magenic in mid-April. I received an email from a member of the Talent Acquisitions team less than a day later and scheduled a phone interview to go over some basic behavioral stuff and information regarding the company and the position. That was followed by an online skills assessment going through several multiple choice questions regarding Java.

Once that was finished a back to back behavioral/technical interview was scheduled which was followed by another set of behavioral/technical interviews with a member of the team and the director of the center.

Received a phone call around an hour after the final interview with an offer.

Overall a very smooth process with great communication from everyone on the Magenic side. It was definitely a refreshing interview experience.
