I worked at Magnolia Hotels full-time (More than a year)
Networking. Great foot traffic. AT&T is right across the street. Many federal buildings. Connect with all of the people. Sometimes free stuff with conventions and people.
Management, people who have worked there for years act like they don't have to provide excellent service to customers. Very shady employees.
Advice to Management
Be open minded. Help employees.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Magnolia Hotels (Denver, CO) in January 2017.
They posted hiring within, gave the least qualified and most qualified people the interview, no one in between, gave of course the most qualified the job (which is good, at least, but all the rest were completely ignored)
