    Pros

    Healthcare Providers are great people and truly care about patients. The new patient wing is lovely. Salaries are fair.

    Cons

    I will echo a previous reviewer and state that yes, there is indeed a disconnect between Leadership and the "front lines." On the surface, the organization seems healthy, but after a time, the dysfunctions become evident.

    Advice to Management

    Take employee engagement seriously, but start by listening to the people who are "in the trenches" every day.
