The first Main Event center opened in Lewisville, Texas in 1998 because the founders believed that families deserved a better place than the league driven, dusty bowling centers of the past. They developed an idea that became the first of its kind - a haven for families to share ...

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Main Event (Chesterfield, MO) in May 2023

At first, figuring out where I was supposed to go was hard. The environment was very loud and chaotic, but the staff all wear bright blue T-shirts so I tracked one of them down and asked where I should go. They sat me down at a table in the restaurant and a manager came over and spoke to me. She asked why I wanted to work there, my availability, and if I had reliable transportation. They thought I was a different person and were caught off guard, despite that I came in at the agreed-upon time. It gave me the impression that I wasn't valued as a candidate. The interview took about half an hour and was pretty standard as far as interviews go.

Do you have reliable transportation? What is one goal you have for the future? What is an example of a time when you had to work with a team? How do you deal with people that think differently than you? Why do you want to work for the company?
