We understand that benefits are an important part of an employee’s total rewards package. Our benefits program is industry-competitive and has been designed to attract, reward and retain the most talented people.
All team members are eligible for the following benefits. Eligibility requirements vary based on the benefit plan, your position, the number of hours you are hired to work, and years of service.
Full-time team members are eligible for these additional benefits effective the first of the month following their 60th day of employment.
If your position is in Management or at the Support Center, the following benefits will be included as part of your total rewards package.
I have been working at Main Event Entertainment full-time (More than a year)
The managers are usually all fantastic I've worked at several different locations from Katy to Humble! The tips behind bar were FANTASTIC and as long as you do your job it's a great place to work!
It's mostly high school kids that work there so there is a lot of high school drama but if your older you can definitely use that to mentor some of the these young minds!
Advice to Management
I had great management in Humble! Not one bad thing to say about anyone! As for the Katy location after going back most not all but most of the managers became so wrapped up in doing things there way that "team work" was thrown out! Everyone was out for themselves and that's not a good environment to work in!
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Main Event Entertainment (San Antonio, TX) in November 2017.
Applied, about 5 days later got a call and was asked if I was able to come in that same day. Easy interview process, hiring manager printed out application and had all needed materials on hand. Was offered a position at the conclusion of the interview and set up orientation and training for the following Friday.
