I have been working at Makotek full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Production pay means the more you work, the more you are paid. Manager is great. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straight forward.

    Cons

Evening hours were tough at first. I am used to it now, but I am more of a morning guy.

    Advice to Management

None that I can think of right now

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Makotek in April 2017.

    Interview

Hiring Manager was very professional. His name was Bill in Charlotte Office. He had a lot of interviews he said he had to complete. He offered me the job on the spot after asking me questions about previous employers and why I wanted this job. I can't thank him enough for giving me a chance although I did not pass the background check with Crimshield and wasn't aware there was a open case under my name, which is not handled and dismissed by the way. So if you don't have a clear background check don't waste their time or yours. I feel bad but thankful I was given the possible opportunity. I wish I could have gotten this job, but God
