Interview
The company recruiter contacted me within a couple days of the initial application to schedule a 30 minute phone call. Typical, straight-forward conversation that hit all the key points such as timeline and comp. It ended positively and a firm commitment that he would move me forward to the next step which would be a with the hiring manager at the end of the week. He also supported reaching out to members on the team as I get more familiar in my research with the company/team. At the end of the week, I received an generic rejection e-mail from workday. What a waste of time and disrespect. Be better and treat others as you would like to be as well.InterviewTell me about your last 3 jobs.
